Intuitive is hiring a Sr. Value Engineer to lead enterprise-wide value engineering processes and tools across product development, manufacturing, supplier roadmaps, and the full product lifecycle. The role will standardize cost, quality, and scale practices; facilitate value engineering workshops; develop training; and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. It requires engineering education and 7+ years of experience, with a BS degree in Engineering or an advanced degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and is based on-site in Sunnyvale, California, with up to 20% travel.
