Description
The role supports Bosch’s overall R&D cost-control and budgeting work by managing R&D project costs throughout the development lifecycle, overseeing annual, quarterly, and monthly budget planning and execution, monitoring budget deviations, producing cost-control reports and analyses, coordinating with R&D, project, and finance departments, and improving cost-control processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of R&D or engineering cost-control and budgeting experience, familiarity with R&D cost accounting and project cost-control processes, and strong Excel, data-analysis, communication, and risk-management skills.
