Description
The City of Durham is hiring a Construction Inspector to inspect privately installed water, wastewater, storm-water, right-of-way, driveway, sidewalk, crosswalk, curb, and other construction facilities; coordinate inspections across complex or multiple-site projects; test materials and construction processes; issue stop-work orders, certificates of occupancy, and other documentation; and maintain project records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of related experience, and a valid North Carolina Class C driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
