Alianza is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of approximately six to seven senior engineers in a fully remote New Zealand-based role within a global telecoms engineering organization. The manager will focus on people leadership, project and product delivery, backlog prioritization, critical customer-affecting support, and technical direction for carrier-grade voice and communications products. The role requires at least six years of software engineering experience, including three years managing engineering teams, along with strong technical judgment, cross-functional communication, and experience balancing planned delivery with reactive support.
