Description
Upbound is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its Management Plane, which includes the Hub API, Console, Marketplace, and middleware covering billing, metering, licensing, entitlements, and identity and access management. The role owns the technical direction, architecture, reliability, and production excellence of these surfaces, leads senior engineers and tech leads, and partners with Product, Design, GTM, Finance, and Customer Success. Candidates need at least seven years of engineering experience, including three years managing engineers directly, along with experience in multi-tenant SaaS products, API design, middleware, production reliability, and team building.
