Description
Upbound is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its Management Plane, which includes the Hub API, Console, Marketplace, and middleware for billing, metering, licensing, entitlements, and identity and access management. The role owns the technical direction, architecture, reliability, and commercial systems for these surfaces; leads senior individual contributors and tech leads; develops the team; and partners with Product, Design, GTM, Finance, and Customer Success. The position requires at least seven years of engineering experience, including three years managing engineers directly, along with experience in multi-tenant SaaS, API design, middleware, production reliability, and team building.
