Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager, Security Management Software to lead and scale a software development team supporting cloud and on-premises security management solutions. The role serves as the site leader for the Puerto Rico Security Management Engineering organization, provides matrix leadership across multiple functions, partners with globally distributed teams, and guides engineering strategy and execution. The position is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office, and requires a technical degree, at least five years of people management experience, cloud and microservices experience, and cross-functional leadership experience.
