Description
HighLevel is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Data Platform & Infrastructure team. The role owns the strategy, architecture, execution, and evolution of foundational data systems, including ingestion, processing, storage, compute, orchestration, observability, security, governance, and reliability. It is a hands-on leadership position responsible for recruiting and mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, managing resources and vendor budgets, and partnering with Product, Data, Finance, Security, and other teams. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or data platform experience and at least 4 years managing high-performing technical teams.
