McKesson is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead an operational engineering and software reliability team. The role focuses on vulnerability remediation, software quality, dependency management, operational readiness, automation, AI-assisted engineering, and cross-functional transformation across Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations. The manager will recruit and develop engineers, establish scalable processes and operating models, measure engineering outcomes, and reduce operational friction.
