Description
The employer is hiring a senior capital project manager to lead major North American capital projects exceeding $30 million for its Adhesive Technologies business unit. The role owns projects from conceptual design and estimating through initiation, deployment, commissioning, and operational turnover, while managing scope, resources, vendors, risks, schedules, budgets, and process-safety activities such as HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, PSSR, and SIS. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering, 15–20 years of hands-on chemical-manufacturing capital project management experience, and occasional travel; it offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000, full benefits, and possible relocation assistance.
