Baxter is hiring a Sr. Environmental Engineer to join its Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) team, supporting site leadership and operations to maintain environmental compliance, manage environmental programs and projects, and drive continuous improvement at a manufacturing or regulated facility. The role involves regulatory liaison work, environmental reporting, permit and compliance management, wastewater and air compliance support, ISO 14001-related documentation, and collaboration across functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related discipline, 5–8 years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, and strong technical, project management, and communication skills.
