Keeley Construction is hiring a Senior Estimator for its Heavy Civil Group in New Braunfels, Texas. The role leads estimates and proposals, coordinates cost analysis and trade takeoffs, oversees capital bids, evaluates subcontractor and self-perform estimates, maintains opportunity reporting, analyzes productivity and competitive bids, and negotiates with subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, heavy civil construction experience involving water/wastewater treatment plants and process piping, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and estimating software.
