Description
The Senior Mechanical Estimator independently develops accurate mechanical estimates for piping, welding, equipment setting, and facility work. The role performs detailed material and labor takeoffs, analyzes drawings for constructability and scope gaps, evaluates vendor quotes, prepares cost breakdowns and proposal clarifications, coordinates with project and engineering teams, supports value engineering and project handoffs, and manages multiple bids. The position requires at least five years of estimating experience in the Midstream Oil & Gas industry, experience with pipelines, facilities, and terminals, and proficiency with mechanical estimating software and advanced Excel.
