Description
The Flavor Application Specialist will support customer projects, product development, and application testing for nutrition, health, and wellness solutions in China. Responsibilities include selecting and recommending flavor solutions, conducting application tests, advising on formulation and sensory performance, preparing technical presentations, and collaborating with commercial, innovation, regulatory, and other technical teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field, relevant flavor application experience, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and fluent Mandarin with basic English communication skills.
