Description
Dexcom is hiring a Facilities Engineering Manager to support its Penang Facilities sites. The role manages utilities, HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, compressed air, and other building systems; leads preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, shutdowns, commissioning, vendor and contractor management, CMMS reporting, safety, and operational efficiency initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of related experience, HVAC and utility engineering expertise, GMP and EHS knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
