Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Facilities Engineer, Operations to lead the operation, reliability, upkeep, and continuous improvement of site-wide mechanical and energy systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role covers HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, process cooling, vacuum, FMCS, electrical systems, predictive maintenance, digital twins, industrial IoT, AI analytics, automation, energy optimization, regulatory compliance, and technical mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or certification as a 11kV electrical proficient person, at least five years of relevant facilities engineering experience, and strong electrical, utility, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
