Description
The Senior Facility Operations Manager performs technical reviews, facility condition assessments, and related services across the real estate life cycle and capital planning. The role conducts on-site inspections, evaluates building systems, estimates repair and replacement costs, forecasts facility conditions, prepares written reports, maintains capital-planning data, manages client relationships, and handles multiple assessment projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of related experience including 5 years supervising 10 or more employees, a valid driver's license, strong communication and computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
