Description
The Senior Facilities Engineer will oversee the design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing facility infrastructure and critical utility systems, including HVAC, WFI, clean steam, compressed air, chilled water, and electrical systems. The role ensures GMP, FDA, and safety compliance; leads preventive and predictive maintenance; supports capital projects and equipment qualification; collaborates with manufacturing, quality, validation, and maintenance teams; manages contractors and vendors; and drives reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related field, at least five years of facilities engineering experience, and knowledge of critical systems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
