Third Wave Automation is hiring a Sr. Field Engineer for its Robotics Deployment Operations team to lead the setup, integration, maintenance, testing, and customer-facing deployment of autonomous forklifts at warehouse sites. The role coordinates with customers and internal engineering, product, and customer success teams; troubleshoots Linux, networking, services, telemetry, and integrations; performs on-robot hardware work; manages system configurations; and develops automation tools and documentation. It requires 50–70% travel, includes weekend or odd-hour work, and offers a base salary of $125,000–$165,000 plus benefits and equity.
