Sunrun is hiring a Field Performance Technician to manage, schedule, and complete service and warranty work for solar and storage systems. The role coordinates with electrical foremen, construction supervisors, branch managers, and centralized scheduling teams; allocates labor resources; supports training and onboarding; leads team meetings; and helps meet performance metrics. Candidates need 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and on rooftops. PV design or electrical experience is preferred, and the position pays $33.01 to $44.01.
