Honeywell is hiring a Sr Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate a field service team in Ottawa, Ontario. The role supervises up to 20 technicians, assigns and schedules work, monitors service KPIs and SLAs, provides technical guidance, coaches technicians, supports customer issue resolution, and drives operational and financial objectives. Candidates need post-secondary education in engineering, business, or a related field, at least five years of experience in mechanical, building automation, HVAC, security, or fire industries, and at least two years leading field service or technical service teams. The position requires Secret Level clearance, a valid G driver’s license, and up to 25% travel in the National Capital Region, with an annual base salary of $115,000 to $130,000.
