Klar is hiring a full-time, hybrid Finance Automation Engineer based in its Mexico City office, with office attendance of 2–3 times per week. The role focuses on automating monthly accounting close processes, building controls, dashboards, and exception-handling workflows, and collaborating with Finance, FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an analytical field, at least three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, APIs, and data processing; accounting, ERP, financial-institution, and SAP experience are advantageous.
