Community Coffee is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to coordinate budgeting and strategic planning across multiple business units. The role analyzes performance, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans; develops financial models and management reporting; supports acquisitions and other business initiatives; advises senior leadership; and mentors junior analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, four years of strategic analysis or related experience, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and is a hybrid position with less than 25% travel.
