Description
UKG is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A for its Sales Finance team. The role leads analytics, KPIs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, reporting, and financial models supporting sales growth and Go-To-Market strategies. The analyst will partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders, create Power BI dashboards, prepare materials for senior leaders and Board meetings, and work independently on strategic analysis and special projects. The position requires a business degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least four years of experience in sales finance, strategic planning, operations finance, or FP&A, with prior sales and bookings analysis experience preferred. The stated pay range is $80,800 to $105,000, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.
