Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and business performance analysis for a manufacturing organization. The role focuses on collecting, validating, and analyzing financial and operational data from ERP systems and other sources, developing financial models and dashboards, investigating variances, and partnering with accounting, operations, and other functional leaders. It is primarily office-based but requires regular interaction with manufacturing operations and production environments.
