Description
Leyden Labs is hiring a Sr. Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; group consolidation and intercompany accounting; statutory reporting and audits; accounting controls; and finance process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a professional accounting qualification, 5–7 years of progressive accounting or financial controlling experience, multi-entity consolidation experience, and strong US GAAP or IFRS knowledge. The position is based in Leiden on a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days onsite, is open to candidates residing in the Netherlands with existing EU work authorization, and ideally starts in November 2026.
