ZTR is hiring a full-time Sr. Firmware Developer to architect and develop low-level embedded firmware for telematics and other constrained-resource products. The role covers C++ or C development, RTOS integration, Bluetooth and cellular modem integration, security, testing, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior developers. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with experience in low-power embedded systems and software testing. The expected annual base salary is $80,000–$125,000 Canadian dollars, with potential international travel.
