Reliable Robotics is hiring a Senior Flight Navigation Engineer to design, implement, test, and evaluate navigation systems for uncrewed aircraft integrating into the National Airspace System. The role involves defining requirements, selecting sensors, developing simulation models, implementing state estimation algorithms in C/C++ flight software, establishing compliance test methods, and evaluating performance through simulation, hardware-in-loop, and flight testing. The position requires an advanced degree in aerospace, electrical, computer, or a similar engineering field, at least eight years of navigation-algorithm development and testing experience, and expertise in C/C++ flight software and Python data analysis. Work locations include Mountain View, California; Seattle, Washington; and remote arrangements.
