Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Field Deployment Engineer to lead complex, multi-system AI deployments from technical discovery through production and solutions-organization handoff. The role owns multi-agent architectures, client-specific MCP resource packs, Deployment Kits, Solutions Enablement Sprints, intelligence-loop documentation, and mentorship of junior FDEs. It is remote from Germany, requires 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience including AI/ML deployment, and offers a base salary of €87,500–€112,500 plus an incentive opportunity.
