Description
Smartsheet is hiring a senior AI engineering leader to independently lead complex multi-system AI deployments, architect multi-agent solutions, build client-specific MCP resource packs and Deployment Kits, lead solutions enablement, mentor junior FDEs, and contribute to platform intelligence. The role requires 6–10+ years of production software engineering, including 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production, strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, enterprise system architecture expertise, and the ability to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally. It is remote and requires ongoing eligibility to work in the UK.
