Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior Full Chip Physical Verification Engineer focused on silicon engineering for Starlink. The role owns full-chip DRC, LVS, ESD, PERC, and antenna signoff; develops and optimizes physical verification flows for advanced-node SoCs; interprets foundry design rules; resolves violations; coordinates tapeout readiness; and engages foundry teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, or computer science engineering and at least five years of ASIC or physical design flow development experience. The listed base salary is $165,000 to $260,000 per year, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
