The QA Lead is responsible for leading the quality assurance effort, managing project test activities, delivering global testing services across onshore and offshore resources, planning long-term offshore delivery-center resourcing, and ensuring adherence to QA Group quality requirements, testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies. The role also includes software development and information technology solution responsibilities, with a stated 2–6 years of experience requirement.
