Copado is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect & Senior Manager to lead engineering excellence and the Jaipur Engineering Team in the APAC region. The role will architect complex multi-cloud Salesforce products and deployment engines, define reference architectures for Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations, drive AI-driven production features, and lead a 10+ engineer team. Responsibilities include building SFDX-based pipelines, reducing deployment errors, standardizing Docker environments, and maintaining Agile/Scrum delivery standards. The position requires 10+ years of Salesforce expertise, knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and large data volumes, hands-on experience with SFDX, Docker, and cloud infrastructure, and proficiency with modern web and backend technologies.
