Perficient is hiring a Senior Technical Architect - Managed Services to lead enterprise production support strategy and governance across complex application ecosystems. The role combines solution architecture, operations leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management to mature L1–L3 support operating models, incident and change processes, observability, reliability, automation, and AI-enabled support capabilities. Candidates need extensive enterprise application experience, strong .NET/C# and Python expertise, Azure and Databricks knowledge, ITIL-based service management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. The position requires travel and offers a base salary range of $92,118 to $195,278 across United States locations.
