Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee human resources and general affairs and services at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc., including third-party service provider management, facilities and office administration, transportation, Japanese support activities, audit and compliance, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 knowledge. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of HR and general affairs experience, two to three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
