Description
CTL Engineering is hiring a Sr. Geotechnical Engineer who will also serve as the Geotech Department Manager. The role performs geotechnical explorations, site characterizations, slope stability and foundation analyses, report preparation, laboratory review, client interaction, and project quality control; it also supervises lab technicians, develops junior engineers, manages equipment and calibration, supports proposals, and oversees the northern Ohio region’s operations, P&L, scheduling, and project delivery. The position is based in the Brunswick or Akron office, requires a P.E. credential and 12+ years of consulting engineering experience, and offers medical, life, disability, paid time off, an ESOP, and a 401K plan.
