Description
SYSCOM is seeking a Senior GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst to support a client’s GIS program, including upgrading an Agricultural Preservation Model and developing an ArcGIS Pro AddIn from a C#/Python ArcMap AddIn. The role involves GIS application development, code review, documentation, planning, database development, and reporting in an enterprise GIS environment. It is a six-month contract with possible extension, requiring at least three days onsite per week in Towson, Maryland, and up to two days remote. Candidates must have substantial experience with J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, ArcGIS technologies, SQL, relational databases, and related systems analysis or project management experience.
