Description

Esri is hiring a GIS Solution Engineer to advise commercial customers on complex GIS and ArcGIS solutions, lead technical meetings, design and present solutions, provide configuration guidance, and support enterprise software sales. The role requires extensive ArcGIS and GIS technology experience, solution design and consulting experience, cloud and integration knowledge, programming skills, and the ability to travel 25–50%. It is an onsite position with visa sponsorship unavailable and a base salary range of $98,592–$173,576 USD.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience with Esri technology, map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration
3+ years of experience in high-tech, media and entertainment, consumer goods and services, or financial services
Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
Experience with geodatabases and underlying database management system technology
Experience integrating software solutions with data warehousing, business intelligence, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications: Experience incorporating real-time information streams with GIS data and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, and imagery
