The role requires extensive Esri and ArcGIS experience, defense-domain expertise, solution design and consulting experience, cloud and integration knowledge, programming skills, and the ability to travel 25–50%. A bachelor’s degree and US citizenship are required, along with background investigation and security-clearance eligibility.
