Esri is hiring a GIS Subject Matter Expert to join an account team and advise customers on complex business challenges using GIS technology. The role involves presenting and supporting Esri software, leading technical meetings, designing and delivering complex solutions, configuring systems, troubleshooting deployments, and presenting to technical and executive audiences. Candidates need at least five years of Esri technology experience, three years in local government, strong ArcGIS and cloud knowledge, consulting and solution-design experience, programming skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position offers a base salary of $98,592 to $173,576 USD, requires domestic or international travel of 25–50%, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
