SpaceX is hiring a Senior Government Program Development Manager to lead government program development and business growth for Starshield’s AI and classified-compute solutions across the Intelligence Community. The role develops stakeholder engagement and capture strategies, identifies new government opportunities, leads responses to solicitations, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and advances revenue-generating space and AI programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant business development or account management experience, a Top Secret security clearance, and full-time onsite work in Washington, DC.
