Micron Technology is hiring a Global Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) Source-to-Pay (STP) Process Manager to define, benchmark, standardize, and transform global procurement processes. The role leads process-improvement projects, applies continuous improvement and process-mining methodologies, engages cross-functional stakeholders, and supports adoption of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Candidates need at least six years of process management or transformation experience in procurement, a bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, and proficiency with procurement and analytics tools.
