Description
The Sr. Hardware Engineer Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for embedded electronic products from concept through production and ongoing support. The role leads analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, sensor, wireless, and microcontroller-based hardware design; prototype bring-up; verification, testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and product improvements. It also partners with procurement, supply chain, quality, firmware, manufacturing, and other engineering teams, and provides technical direction and mentoring to engineering team members. The position is fully onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, with a stated application deadline of September 24, 2026, and compensation of $140,000–$165,000 per year.
