Description

Amazon Annapurna Labs is hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer to support the manufacturing, quality, and reliability of cloud-scale machine learning accelerator products. The role bridges ASIC and system engineering teams with ODM and CM partners in Asia, focusing on test validation, manufacturing process quality and reliability, test automation, failure analysis, root-cause resolution, supplier defect management, and yield improvement. The engineer will also provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and travel to manufacturing sites.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 5+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience
Required Previous Experiences: Motherboard and PCB design, including schematic capture, stackup, and circuit board layout
Hardware laboratory equipment, including digital scopes, logic analyzers, and soldering tools
5+ years designing experiments and statistically analyzing results
5+ years of root cause analysis and process design
Experience working with external and internal partners throughout development and production
Development of production testing automation infrastructure, including station test fixtures and production test suites
Failure analysis of production, supplier, and field failures
DFM, design for test automation, and process documentation
