SEH is seeking a Sr. Highway Project Manager to join its Transportation team in Indiana. The role involves managing all phases of highway projects, including planning, design, and construction; developing solutions to complex project challenges; maintaining client relationships; and mentoring junior engineers and designers. The position can be based in Munster, Indiana, surrounding areas, or be remote in Indiana, with hybrid also available. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana, and have strong experience with highway and transportation projects and INDOT work.
