TruBlue is hiring a senior home-service technician to perform home repair, remodeling, and improvement projects in Winter Garden and The Villages, Central Florida. The role covers carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, trim, finish work, bathroom remodels, accessibility modifications, and installation of doors, cabinetry, vanities, shelving, hardware, and grab bars. The technician will work independently, communicate professionally with customers, document work, maintain quality and safety standards, and support less experienced technicians. The position requires at least five years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, or construction experience, strong multi-trade skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic toolset.
