Solesis is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for its Costa Rica location to support HR policy administration, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and local labor-law compliance. The role partners with management and corporate HR, maintains HR records and systems, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, at least five years of related progressive HR experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, strong Spanish and English bilingual capabilities, and a valid US visa.
