Description
The Sr. HR Generalist will work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, supporting full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, workplace safety follow-up, employee events, internal communications, benefits enrollment, performance reviews, and other HR processes. The role partners with hiring managers, leadership, third-party support, and security teams, requires HRIS proficiency and at least six years of human resources experience including recruiting, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and employee discount benefits.
