Description
The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Manager will develop, implement, and maintain environmental, safety, and health programs for a manufacturing facility. The role oversees regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and other applicable requirements; manages chemical-process risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response, training, audits, inspections, reporting, and EH&S metrics; and leads continuous improvement and safety culture initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, or a related field, along with certification or 7–10+ years of progressive safety-management experience in chemical manufacturing, strong knowledge of applicable regulations, and experience with hazardous materials, air permits, and environmental reporting.
