Description
Mobis is hiring an on-site Senior Human Resources Generalist for a production plant. The role manages payroll, employee records, HRIS data, onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition support, employee relations, compliance, workforce programs, and employee inquiries. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive human resources experience across multiple disciplines. The position is a 40-hour week with flexible 7 a.m.–9 a.m. Monday–Friday hours, requires physical access to the facility, and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
